You will be responsible for various tasks in the hospital contract revenue cycle, inclusive of fixed and variable billing, AR, collections, cash application, revenue recognition, GL account reconciliations and contract site performance reconciliations.

com Your role Reporting to the Director, Contract Revenue, your role is key on the team in executing tasks in the hospital contract revenue cycle.
You will work closely with Client Services, Patient Revenue Accounting, and FP&A.

Key Responsibilities Ensure hospital contract invoices are billed accurately and timely.
Ensure the proper reconciliation of customer accounts, including calculating customer site profitability and billing in accordance with each customer contract.
Monitor customer aging reports and act on aged receivables at risk of non-collection.
Aggregate and maintain customer contracts summarizing key financial aspects.
Ensure journal entries related to contract revenue for the month end close are prepared timely and accurately, and with proper supporting documentation.
Ensure the accuracy and timely completion of AR balance sheet account reconciliations.
Problem-solve issues arising from customer questions.
Respond to requests from regional leaders regarding customer contract financial reconciliations.
Ensure correct revenue recognition in accordance with GAAP.
Drive continuous business process improvement and automation.
Assist with the integration of acquired practices into existing contract revenue processes.
Provide support for the annual financial statement audit.
Other projects as needed.
