Job Summary
For our US HQ in Great Neck, we are looking to hire a Payroll Analyst to process payroll and maintain the employee database regarding salary and pay.
The candidate will also ensure accuracy and timely completion of all commission processing and play a critical role in the day-to-day operations of the company, interacting daily with vendors, staff and the Finance, HR and Commercial team.
The ideal candidate is Payroll professional with corporate experience in finance operations; someone with a builder mindset, strong detail orientation, excited by a project, ready to roll up their sleeves and wear many hats, and excited to make a high impact in a fast-growing organization.
Responsibilities
Check timesheets for accuracy for all employees in the US.
Review Fresh Service Employee ticketing and adjust pay for raises, bonuses and commissions.
Process Bi-weekly payroll for US employee with Insperity and Process 401K with Fidelity
Coordinate payment of international employees globally thru global payroll provider/Regional Controllers
Ensure timely and accurate payment for all employee and respond to all inquiries.
Process commission payments for sales teams based on sales compensation plans.
Address and resolve inquiries from sales personnel regarding commission payouts.
Key Qualifications
Associate or bachelor’s degree in business or accounting preferred
Experience working with accounting and payroll software
Strong knowledge of tax and wage laws
Good understanding of the common fiscal procedures
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Able to work effectively with minimal supervision.
Details-oriented
