*JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:*
* Responsible for weekly AP checks and voucher process, monthly analysis and reconciliation of General Ledger accounts including preparation of adjusting entries.
* Reconcile all balance sheet accounts monthly (_ie.
bank accounts, prepaid and all AP liability accounts, etc.
_), and prepare proper journal entries.
* Maintain cost allocations by working closely with appropriate managers and leaders.
* Complete fixed asset reporting and prepare monthly depreciation schedules.
* Prepare operating lease contracts schedule and input monthly lease right assets and liability entries.
* Collaborate with and support the Controller with regard to all matters relating to procurement including the development, evaluation, and review of Requests for Proposals (RFP's) and other related procurement-related processes and documents.
* Develop and implement system enhancements that promote efficient purchasing and inventory level maintenance.
* Review all vendor invoices for accuracy, including departmental approval and proper coding.
* Assist in the development and administration of policies and procedures for all administrative functions, including record keeping, purchasing, and other related internal operations.

*JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:*
* Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance
* 3-5 years of relevant industry accounting experience and GL Accounting or an Associate’s Degree in Accounting/Finance with 7-10 years of related industry accounting experience.
* Must be willing to commute to work - _*This is not a remote position.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 (intermediate to advanced level) - -Excel power user.
* Ability to work well independently and in a team.
* Excellent organizational skills and detail-orientation
* Must have a strong understanding of financial and operational controls.
* Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to communicate and maintain positive relationships with other staff members and prepare documents for presentation.
