We have an exciting opportunity for a Rising Senior to assist as an Accounting Intern assisting the accounting team.
Responsibilities:
Assist in day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
Support the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Assist with financial analysis and budgeting activities for ongoing projects.
Help maintain accurate and organized financial records, both electronic and hard copy.
Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
Assist in reconciling bank statements and other financial accounts.
Provide support during the audit process by preparing schedules and gathering relevant documentation.
Assist with special projects and ad hoc requests, as needed.

Clinton Management oversees a broad portfolio of moderate income housing, luxury apartments, commercial, and retail properties.
Compensation Range: $17.
50-22/hour
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software (experience with QuickBooks is a plus).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges in the real estate development industry.
