Credit and Collections Analyst

```Overview``` We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Collection Agent to join our team.
As a Collection Agent, you will be responsible for contacting individuals and businesses to collect outstanding debts.
This role requires excellent communication skills, strong negotiation abilities, and a firm understanding of financial concepts.
```Duties``` - Contact individuals and businesses to collect outstanding debts - Establish payment arrangements with customers - Maintain accurate and up-to-date notes of all collection activities - Follow company policies and procedures when dealing with delinquent accounts - Provide excellent customer service while resolving payment issues - Utilize aging reports and manage accounts receivables -Manage credit limits and credit terms -Approve daily orders based on credit criteria.
Release and hold orders based on account status ```Qualifications``` - Previous experience in collections or a related field is preferred (2 yrs) - Knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account reconciliation -Ability to call a large number of colletions accounts on a daily basis - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work independently and meet collection targets If you are a self-motivated individual with strong negotiation skills and a passion for resolving financial matters, we encourage you to apply for the position of Collection Agent.
