QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Mathematics (Master’s preferred), with a strong academic background.
Possess 5+ years of progressive experience demonstrating increasing levels of responsibility in financial management and analysis.
In-depth knowledge of Accounting principles and US GAAP standards.
Proven track record of expertise in budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, with a focus on leveraging its capabilities for financial modeling and analysis.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts clearly and effectively.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strategic mindset to drive long-term financial goals.
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks with ease.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Compile, analyze, and interpret intricate financial reports, statements, and projections, providing actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making.
Develop comprehensive annual budgets, proactively identifying areas for optimization and efficiency improvement.
Prepare accurate quarterly forecasts, utilizing historical data and market trends to inform projections.
Ensure the integrity and effectiveness of the financial close process through rigorous analytical review and trend analysis.
Analyze variances between actual and planned revenue and expenses, identifying underlying drivers and recommending corrective actions.
Review monthly financial statements, identifying key trends and potential areas for improvement.
Construct financial statements, adapting them to reflect changes in the financial landscape and business strategy.
Deliver timely and insightful monthly and quarterly reports to external stakeholders, fostering transparency and trust.
Evaluate product margins to optimize profitability and inform pricing strategies.
Develop and maintain corporate analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs), providing actionable insights to executives and business partners.
Support strategic initiatives by preparing and maintaining complex financial models, aiding in decision-making related to product and infrastructure investments.
