We are looking for a reliable Administrative Assistant/Accounts Receivable expert to assist in the daily operations.
_Training will be provided_.
He/She will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently.
The tasks of the office administrator will focus on customer service while ensuring that our clients are being treated with a high level of consideration and respect.
The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision.
They will be self-motivated and trustworthy.
The Administrative Expert position ensures smooth running of our company’s projects and contributes in driving sustainable growth.
*Responsibilities*
* Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
* Manage phone calls and correspondence
* Support clients with a great attitude and follow up on a weekly basis via email
* Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
* Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
* Assist Management when necessary
* Daily follow up's with Insurance Companies, Banks, and Mortgage Companies
* Punctuality and timeliness important.
*Skills*
* Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant roles.
* *Bookkeeping* experience will be strongly considered.
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
* Excellent organizational skills
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software.
* High school diploma is required.

Pay: $46,800.
00 - $62,000.
