Credit and Collections Analyst

The ideal candidate must have *B to B collections experience working for a distributor, collecting from other companies, not consumers or patients*.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, experience with account reconciliation including chargeback resolution, and proficiency in *MS Excel*, Word and Outlook.
Experience working on an AS400 system and with a vendor portal system is preferred.
Distribution experience is also a plus.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Make collection calls on past due accounts * Process credit card payments * Reconcile customer accounts with attention to discounts, deductions and short payments.
* Work with the customer and sales reps to resolve discrepancies.
* Release or hold pending orders after reviewing accounts * Month end mailing of statements * Respond to calls and emails from both customers and coworkers Immediately hiring! EOE Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.
