2 tickets to see WICKED Sunday Dec 17 at 7pm - $250 (Wantagh)

I have 2 tickets to see Wicked at the Gershwin Theatre that I can't use.
The performance is December 17, 2023 at 7:00 PM.
Row T seats 9 and 11.
I looked at the seating chart for the theatre and those seats ARE together, there is no seat 10 in between.
I was told that these tickets are worth $400.
I'm selling for $250.
Perfect time of year to see the tree at Rockefeller Center and all of the other holiday attractions nearby.
