Brokerage firm in Melville is seeking a self motivated Administrative Assistant for a 20-25 hr Position to assist in day-to-day operation of a Business Brokerage practice.
Administrative Duties
*email support
*meeting notes, paying bills,
* handling brokerage agreements
* using DocuSign
Voice Services
* appointment scheduling
*inbound customer support
*call screening potential buyers
CRM support
* database management
*email drip campaigns
*Social media, Instagram, facebook, twitter, linkedin, tiktok creation and reposting
*Canva videos, creation and editing, proofreading
*Creating YouTube Videos for broker training and customer training
* Bizbuysell- Bizquest
The job will start out as in-person gradual training for approximately 4 weeks.
The job itself will ultimately be 20-25 hours a week depending on the adaptability of the new hire.
You must have experience with Google Docs, Google drive, some PowerPoint or have the willingness to learn such apps.
Must have good typing skills and learn new apps like Zapier, AI apps and more, and speak english
Pay $21.
