Kimco is seeking a Help Desk Analyst to provide technical support for our various offices and remote users.
Responsibilities include performing equipment installations and upgrades, assisting staff and users with PC equipment and software support, evaluating problems with equipment and printers, performing minor repairs or upgrades, installing equipment, providing software support (legacy & desktop), restoring and repairing damaged files, supporting mobile devices (iPhone / iPads), maintaining inventory of equipment and supplies, and performing help desk responsibilities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, relevant work experience
At least 3 years of work experience in help desk support
Ability to work varying schedules beginning at 8:00am, 9:00am and 10:00am EST
Knowledge in SCCM and Intune Mobile Device Management for applications packaging and deployment is required
Experience in setting up new Windows / IOS configurations
Experience with Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft OneDrive, Printers, Dell Laptops and Apple iOS devices
Experience with Zoom, Zoom Rooms, Citrix and Teams Phone a plus
A+ or MCP certifications preferred
Prior experience in troubleshooting and problem solving in a technical environment
Must be resourceful in dealing with issues
Must be an energetic self-starter who is detail oriented, well organized and a team player
Must possess strong organizational and customer service skills, and have excellent written and verbal communications
The expected salary range for this position is between $75,000 and $85,000.
The actual compensation will be based on factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, market and business considerations and other factors permitted by law.
