Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily operations and management of the properties
- Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution of issues- Hire maintnenace worker such as roofer, painter, cleaner, plumber, electrician etc.
- Assist with marketing efforts to attract new tenants
- Provide excellent customer service to tenants and address any concerns or complaints
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property management or related field preferred
- Knowledge of office administration, and relevant laws and regulations
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills, including MS Office Suite
- Experience with property management software such as syrasoft is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer service
- Ability to handle conflict management situations with professionalism and tact

Pay: $25.

50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:
* 8 hour shift
* Evenings as needed
* Monday to Friday
* Weekends as needed
