This position is a fast paced multi-task front desk position.

Duties:
- Provide administrative support to the office staff and management team
- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry on multiple platforms, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents, researching phone numbers and relative information
- Manage and maintain office and office supplies inventory
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Assist with event planning and coordination
-Speak at meetings to discuss new topics
- Reach out to local Agents to introduce our company
- Manage office social media accounts & develop social media accounts
Skills:
- Tech savvy to assist agents and management.
- Proficient in using all social media platforms
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Requirements:
- Proficient in computer skills and familiar with various software applications (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Previous experience as an Admin is a must or in a real estate office is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
