guitarist available/looking (Islip)

Guitarist, 62, looking for like minded musicians for anything from fun jamming to serious gigging.
Chemistry and proficiency is more important than rock stardom and $.
I have lots of experience in most styles and genres, am mostly sober and somewhat sane.
Trying to steer clear of 2 guitar bands,tired and lazy set lists (ie.
born to be wild, rocking in the free world, brown sugar,ect), hobbyists, egos and drama.
I love old and new music, as long as its done well.
I try to play for the song and the band, not for my head.
I guess I'm selective.
