🎹 Piano Appraisals by Expert Tuner - $150 (Long Island)

Joan, the expert Piano Tuner/Technician can check out a piano you're thinking of buying or give you an estimate for damage done due to fire, flood damage or drunk movers getting your piano stuck (yes, I've actually seen this).
I'll examine the Pinblock, Soundboard, Bridges, action and finish and give you a verbal or handwritten assessment.
I charge $150 for an appraisal in most parts of Long Island.
In many cases, the insurance company will cover the cost of an estimate.
(Written appraisals will be $75 more).
I am also an expert Piano Tuner with over 30 years under my (tool) belt.
Piano tuning costs $191 but if you mention this posting, I'll take $30 off each of the first two tunings (new customers only).
My services are well worth it.
Please keep in mind that pianos not tuned in years may need a second tuning on the spot and possibly a fine tuning down the road.
