We are seeking Experienced Service Techs for our Service Department, including Master A, B, & C Levels and Express Technicians.
We hire only the best, so pre-hire screening and drug testing are required.

This brand-new facility has a heated and air-conditioned shop.
Full-time union employees are eligible for medical, dental, and vision as part of their Collective Bargaining Agreement, as well as the Atlantic Auto Group’s 401(k) plan.
We also provide paid training and referral bonuses.
Salary Expectations $15-$20 per hour Lube Tech / Express Tech ($31,200 - $41,600) $20- $25 plus incentives C Tech ($45,000-$55,000) $29- $32 plus incentives B Tech ($65,000-$85,000) $34-$ 38 plus incentives -Master Tech ($85,000 - $120,000) Responsibilities Diagnoses issues based on experience, analysis, and testing Performs routine service inspections or tests and completes standard maintenance jobs Repairs automobiles and light trucks as assigned Maintains cleanliness of vehicles while performing service or repairs Ensures that required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and standards Helps maintain shop appearance and safety standards and ensures the shop runs in an efficient manner by performing duties such as inventory stocking and other general functions Follows all shop policy, procedure, safety, and environmental rules Attends all staff meetings, training, and educational classes as required Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications A high school diploma or GED required 2-3 years of automotive diagnosis and problem-solving experience Post-secondary automotive training or equivalent work experience One year of dealer-level or large facility experience preferred A broad scope of automotive mechanical/electrical knowledge Valid driver's license and a clean driving record with no major violations ASE certifications required State Inspector’s License required Prehire screening, background and DMV checks, and drug testing required Able to drive both automatic and standard-transmission vehicles Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress Excellent interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers, vendors, and staff Highly professional and dependable Safety and customer service oriented Basic computer and internet skills Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed Company Description WHY WORK FOR THE ATLANTIC AUTO GROUP?
