RN MDS Coordinator

Emerge Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a qualified, dedicated RN to join our team as an MDS Coordinator.
Sub-acute nursing and rehabilitation experience preferred.

Excellent communication skills a must, with the ability to follow oral and written instruction.
Solid computer skills required, SIGMACARE experience required.
Has a working knowledge of MDS and PPS process and able to meet deadlines.
Ability to work hours as scheduled based on the requirements of the position assignments.
