Alliance Homecare has an URGENT NEED for Certified Home Health Aides to work FILL-IN shifts in Nassau County & Queens, NY! *Required minimum of 8 shifts per month* Hours range from 8 hours per day to 12 hour shifts day and night.
Starting pay for Home Health Aides (HHAs) are $21-$22/hr- special rates are case specific.
OVERTIME Available - offering up to 20 hours OT / 60 total hours per week! Apply today to be considered for IMMEDIATE work! Home Health Aides will provide the following tasks as indicated on the individualized plan of care: Perform home management tasks including housekeeping, laundry, shopping, and errands Prepare and serve simple modified diets according to instruction and assists with feeding Assist with bathing, dressing and grooming Assist with toileting including the use of bedpan, commode or toilet Assist with transfers and ambulation including use of cane, walker and wheelchair Assist with medication as specified on plan of care Provide routine skin care Measure and record vital signs as directed Observe and report all changes to RN Demonstrate competence in performing necessary skills Complete all other duties assigned within the HHA scope of practice Benefits of the Private Duty HHA: Weekly Pay Health Insurance Sick pay Holiday pay Flexible hours/scheduling Direct deposit Client referral bonus $500 + commission Employee referral bonus $500 HHA Job Requirements: Must have an active New York State Home Health Aide Certificate Must have at least one year of HHA experience Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 Fluency in English
