Duties: - Provide personal care and assistance to clients in their homes - Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting - Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary - Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning and tidying up - Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature - Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals - Assist with medical documentation and record keeping - Follow care plans and communicate any changes or concerns to the appropriate individuals Skills: - Compassionate and caring nature - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and their families - Ability to follow instructions and work independently - Attention to detail for accurate documentation and medication administration - Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures - Ability to adapt to different client needs and provide specialized care when required Note: This job description is not exhaustive and may be subject to change or modification at any time.
