Primary Care Provider: NP/PA-11pm-7am

Primary Care -NP/PA After Hours/Overnights 11pm-7am Now hiring for full time OR part time on the Overnight Shift! The Parker Jewish Institute for Healthcare and Rehabilitation, located in New Hyde Park, NY, is seeking an experienced Primary Care Provider (NP or PA) to join our team of dedicated specialists working in the Medical Department after hours on our overnight shift from 11pm-7am.
In this role working alongside caring, dedicated, and experienced Medical leadership, you will be responsible for the delivery of appropriate, adequate, compassionate and quality medical care of Parker's residents in coordination with other members of the health care team.
This position will be located onsite at Parker's nursing home.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: Two (2) or more years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in a hospital with a geriatric population, nursing home environment or similar setting Clean and active license to practice as an NP or PA in New York State Proficient in SigmaCare or a similar Electronic Medical Record software Fully Vaccinated against COVID-19 Available to work weekends SUMMARY: This position is a key clinical leadership role within the organization, with the ability to make an impact and offers a significant personal and professional opportunity to join a world-renowned health care organization.
