Home Health Aide (HHA) Responsibilities:
Daily personal care (bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, etc.
)
Assist with the daily living activities per the Plan of Care
Monitor patients and report on their condition
Help with patient meals and feeding, as well as basic housekeeping functions
Accompany the patient to doctor's visits, shopping, and other errands
Home Health Aide (HHA) Requirements:
Must have New York State Home Health Aide Certificate
Government Issued ID, Social Security Card &; Work Authorization, if needed
2 Reference Letters
Recent Physical
TB Screening (Quantiferon preferred)
Rubella &; Rubeola titer lab work
