*Position:* Dance Teacher (Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Hip Hop)
*Age Group:* Children (Ages 4-8)
*Location:* 490 Uniondale Ave.
Uniondale, NY
*Type:* Part-time
*Responsibilities:*
* Plan and lead engaging dance classes in ballet, jazz, tap, and hip hop for children aged 4-8.
* Create a fun and supportive learning environment where every child can thrive and express themselves through dance.
* Develop age-appropriate dance routines and choreography.
* Monitor and assess the progress of students, providing constructive feedback and encouragement.
* Organize and participate in recitals and performances to showcase the students' talent.
* Foster a love for dance and creativity in young minds.
*Qualifications:*
* Proven experience as a dance teacher, particularly with young children.
* Proficiency in teaching ballet, jazz, tap, and hip hop.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with both children and parents.
* Patience, creativity, and a passion for teaching.
* A background in dance education is a plus.
* CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain it).
