Contact with Resume Only Position: Facilities Manager Schedule: Live In Tuesday to Sunday Location: Port Washington / NYC Salary: $130K + Full benefits Family consists: 3 adults Family provides: Private room and bathroom Current Staff: Fully staffed Requirement/Duties: This position requires someone with great long term refences as a Facilities Manager; with experience working for High End Families.
Responsible for overseeing and coordinate everything regarding the property.
Must be a great handyman.
Familiar with household mechanical systems and perform routine inspections: Pool and spa.
Understand control panels and functions.
Care for vendors, deliveries, contractors, etc.
Maintain outdoor furniture, light fixtures, and planters.
Clear walkways of debris (snow, leaves, etc).
Pet care, dog, vet appointments.
Must drive + clean record At least 5 years experience or more needed in a formal home Interviews will be this week and job starts A.
