Cleaning person needed (not a daily position) (West babylon)

Hello, looking for someone to clean a small airbnb apartment when i am not able to do so after guests check out.
It takes about half hour to prepare for next guests and the pay is $25 for each cleaning.
There is no set schedule the days and times are always different.
The person for this position must have a reliable vehicle.
This position would be great for someone who is retired is available during the day and has attention to detail.
The apartment needs to be cleaned between 11am and 2:30pm as sometimes we have guests checking out and next guests checking in same day.
Duties are changing linens, cleaning bathroom, cleaning tiny kitchen, floors, replacing toiletries, and replacing snacks.
Basically an easy $25 for half hour of cleaning.
Sometimes two cleanings in one day as there are two units.
