I need an electrician to teach me trade related skills. (Long Island)

I'm Interested in paying a rate of $50 per hour in order to improve my skills and knowledge related to the electrical trade.
I have 2 years of experience total working for different electricians; however, I never received any formal/ traditional skills training.
I would like to learn skills related to the electrical trade and the electrical industry off the job in a slower paced, and more user-friendly environment rather than learning on the Job as I have been doing for the past 2 years.
I am currently waiting to attend a trade school however the wait is going to take several months.
