We are seeking an Embedded Software engineer to join our client's team, a leading provider of optical technology within the aerospace and defense industry.
Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, code, test and debug embedded software.
* Design and implement C/C++ Embedded software for primarily ARM cortex Microcontrollers, using the Keil MDK development kit.
* Conduct system level testing, debugging, optimization.
* Experience taking ownership of complex projects, and partnering with higher management to determine the Embedded software specifications and requirements.
* Document and conduct thorough code reviews/walkthrough’s.
Maintain code and version control.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Computer science, computer engineering or electronics engineering or equivalent.
* 6+ years of relevant experience.
* Proficient in C/C++.
Preferred experience:
* FPGA/CPLD Programmable logic, VHDL/AHDL/Verilog
* Digital signal processing for noise reduction, filtering, correlation.
* Electronics design and engineering
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000.
