Line- Prep

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our team at The Huntington Crescent Club.
As a Line Cook/Prep Cook, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and delivering high-quality dishes to our customers.

Responsibilities: - Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and gathering spices - Assist with menu planning and contribute creative ideas for new dishes - Follow recipes and cooking techniques to ensure consistent quality - Cook food items according to established standards and customer preferences - Monitor food stock levels and communicate any shortages or discrepancies - Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of ingredients and utensils - Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of meals - Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations - Assist with cleaning duties as needed Requirements: - Proven experience as a Line Cook/Prep Cook or similar role in a restaurant or food service setting - Knowledge of culinary techniques, food handling, and food preparation - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately - Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal Pay: $18.
