Small business owner of a specialty HVAC energy management company specializing primarily to hotels and commercial facilities has an immediate opening for a part time sales//office assistant to assist owner with processing orders and rebate applications and following up with prospects and customers to move sales transactions along from from start to completion.
This role includes prospecting for new business opportunities to a list of qualified prospects via phone calls to several regions throughout the country in order to make qualified candidates aware of special rebate incentive programs available to them for substantial energy savings
In addition to sales assistance general daily office duties including entering orders and invoices, bills.
and filing documents would be required.
Knowledge of Quickbooks Desktop version 2019 or later is helpful but not required.
Bookkeeping skills is also helpful but not required.
Ideal candidate must have the following skills:
-Extremely Organized
-Friendly Phone Personality
-Phone Sales Comfortable
-General Computer Skills
This is a part time position initially with possibly
of becoming a full time position at some point.
Part Time Days/Hours are Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 10am-3pm.
$20 per hour plus bonus sales incentives.
Non-smokers please.
Training will be provided.
